လိုင္ဇာမွာ ဗိုလ္ေလာင္းေတြေသဆံုးမႈ အမႈမွန္ေပၚဖို႔ ကုလကိုေတာင္းဆို

လုိင္ဇာ တုိင္းရင္းသားလက္နက္ကိုင္ ဗိုလ္ေလာင္းသင္တန္းသားေတြ က်ဆံုးမႈ အမႈမွန္ေပၚေရး ကုလသမဂၢ႐ံုးခ်ဳပ္ေရွ႕ ေတာင္းဆိုေနၾကစဥ္။ (ဒီဇင္ဘာ ၆၊ ၂၀၁၄)

ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္နယ္စပ္ လိုင္ဇာမွာရွိတဲ့ KIA ကခ်င္လြတ္ေျမာက္ေရးတပ္ရဲ႕ ဗိုလ္ေလာင္း စစ္ သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းကို ႏို၀င္ဘာလ (၁၉) ရက္ေန႔က ျမန္မာ စစ္တပ္ရဲ႕ ပစ္ခတ္မႈေၾကာင့္ ေသဆံုးသြားတဲ့ တိုင္းရင္းသားဗိုလ္ေလာင္းေတြနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ၿပီး အမႈမွန္ေပၚေပါက္ေစဖို႕ နယူးေယာက္ၿမိဳ႕ ကုလသမဂၢ ဌာနခ်ဳပ္ ႐ံုးေရွ႕မွာ စေနေန႔က အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စုေရာက္ တိုင္းရင္းသားေတြ တညီတညြတ္တည္း ေတာင္း ဆိုခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္။ ဆက္သြယ္ ေမးျမန္းထားတဲ့ မအင္ၾကင္းႏိုင္က တင္ျပေပးထားပါတယ္။

နယူးေယာက္ၿမိဳ႕မွာ ရာသီဥတုဆိုးရြားေနတဲ့ၾကားက ကုလသမဂၢဌာနခ်ဳပ္ေရွ႕ တိုင္းရင္းသားအဖဲြ႔အစည္းေပါင္းစံု စုေ၀းၿပီး ဆႏၵျပေနၾကတာပါ။ KIO ကခ်င္လြတ္ေျမာက္ေရးအဖဲြ႕ ဌာနခ်ဳပ္ရွိရာ လိုင္ဇာက ဗိုလ္ေလာင္းစစ္သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းကို ျမန္မာစစ္တပ္ကပစ္လိုက္တဲ့ လက္နက္ႀကီးက်ည္ ထိမွန္ ေပါက္ကဲြမႈေၾကာင့္ တိုင္းရင္းသားဗိုလ္ေလာင္း (၂၃) ဦးေသဆံုးသြားတဲ့ အမွတ္တရအထိမ္းအမွတ္အေနနဲ႔ အမႈမွန္ေပၚေပါက္ေရး ေတာင္းဆိုေနၾကတာ ျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စုအေျခစိုက္ Kachin Alliance ကခ်င္ကြန္ယက္ အေထြေထြအတြင္းေရးမႉး ဂ်ာမိုင္ကေျပာပါတယ္။
“ဒီလို ႏိုဝင္ဘာလ ၁၉ ရက္ေန႔မွာ က်မတို႔တုိင္းရင္းသားတပ္မေတာ္က တပ္သားေတြ က်ဆံုးသြားတဲ့ကိစၥနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ၿပီး က်မတို႔အေနနဲ႔ အင္မတန္မွ စိတ္ထဲမွာလည္း ခံစားရတယ္။ ျမန္မာျပည္အစိုးရအေနနဲ႔ အထူးသျဖင့္ တပ္မေတာ္အေနနဲ႔ တာဝန္ရွိတယ္လို႔ က်မတို႔အေနနဲ႔ယူဆပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္မို႔လို႔ တပ္မေတာ္အေနနဲ႔ ကတိကဝတ္ျပဳထားတဲ့အခ်က္ေတြကို မလိုက္နာဘဲနဲ႔ သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းကို ဗံုးခ်တဲ့ကိစၥ၊ ေရွ႕ဆက္ၿပီး ကတိကဝတ္ေဖာက္ဖ်က္တဲ့ အလုပ္ေတြကို၊ မလိုက္နာတဲ့အလုပ္ေတြကို ခ်က္ခ်င္းရပ္တန္႔ေပးဖို႔ ေတာင္းဆိုဖို႔အတြက္ က်မတို႔ - က်မတို႔ ကခ်င္အဖဲြ႔ေတြတင္မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ တျခား တုိင္းရင္းသားအဖဲြ႔ေတြလည္း ေရာက္ရွိေနပါတယ္။ အားလံုးေပါင္းၿပီး က်မတို႔ ဆႏၵထုတ္ေဖာ္တဲ့သေဘာနဲ႔ လုပ္တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။”
ဒါ့အျပင္ ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္တြင္း အိုးအိမ္စြန္႔ခြာထြက္ေျပးေနရတဲ့ ကခ်င္ဒုကၡသည္ေတြ ခိုလံႈေနတဲ့ စခန္းေတြအနီးတ၀ိုက္ ျမန္မာစစ္တပ္အေနနဲ႔ ဗံုးေတြနဲ႔ပ စ္ခတ္တာေတြလည္း ရွိေနဆဲျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ ဂ်ာမိုင္က ဆိုပါတယ္။
ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံက တိုင္းရင္းသားလက္နက္ကိုင္တပ္ဖြဲ႔ေတြအေနနဲ႔ KIA ရဲ႕ဗို္လ္ေလာင္းစစ္သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းက စစ္ဖက္၊ အရပ္ဖက္အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးဆိုင္ရာ အဆင္ျမင့္ သင္တန္းေတြအတြက္ လူငယ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြကို အလွည့္က် ေရြးခ်ယ္ေစလႊတ္ေၾကာင္း ဆႏၵျပပဲြမွာကိုယ္တိုင္ ပါ၀င္ေနတဲ့ CNF ခ်င္းအမ်ဳိးသားတပ္ဦးဥကၠ႒ ဦးလ်န္အုပ္က ေျပာပါတယ္။
“တပ္သားထဲက ေတာ္ေတာ္ေတာ္တဲ့ သူေတြကို ေနာက္ေနာင္မွာ၊ စစ္ဘက္ျဖစ္ျဖစ္၊ အရပ္ဘက္ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြ ေမြးထုတ္တဲ့အေနနဲ႔ က်ေနာ္တို႔ KIA -- သင္တန္းကို က်ေနာ္တို႔ ဆယ္ေယာက္၊ အခုအေခါက္မွာ ပို႔ပါတယ္။ အရင္ကလည္း ပို႔ဖူးပါတယ္။ သင္တန္းအစ ကတည္းက အကုန္လံုး သင္တန္းကို ကခ်င္ကပဲ သင္တန္းေပးၿပီးေတာ့ စခဲ့တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီလို တုိင္းရင္းသားေပါင္းစံု သင္တန္းအတူတူယူတဲ့အခါမွာ သင္တန္းကတည္းက တုိင္းရင္းသားေပါင္း အစံု၊ စိတ္ဓာတ္အတူတူ၊ အေတြးအေခၚအတူတူျဖစ္ႏုိင္ဖို႔အတြက္ ေကာင္းတယ္ဆိုၿပီးေတာ့ က်ေနာ္တို႔ အဲဒီလို ပို႔လိုက္ျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။”
ေသဆံုးသြားတဲ့ တိုင္းရင္းသားဗိုလ္ေလာင္းေတြထဲမွာ TNLA ပေလာင္အမ်ဳိးသားလြတ္ေျမာက္ေရးတပ္ဦးက (၁၁) ဦးနဲ႔ CNF ရဲ႕ ခ်င္းဗိုလ္ေလာင္း ႏွစ္ဦး က်ဆံုးၿပီး သံုးဦးထိခိုက္ဒဏ္ရာရခဲ့တာပါ။ AA ေခၚ ရကၡိဳင့္ တပ္မေတာ္က ရခိုင္ဗိုလ္ေလာင္း ရွစ္ဦးက်ဆံုးၿပီး ငါးဦးဒဏ္ရာရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။ နယူးေရာက္က ဆႏၵျပပဲြမွာပါ၀င္သူ ရခိုင္ေကာ္မတီ၀င္ ခိုင္ဘခင္က သူတို႔ရဲ႕ေတာင္းဆိုခ်က္ေတြကို အခုလိုေျပာျပပါတယ္။
“ကုလသမဂၢအဖဲြ႔ႀကီးအေနနဲ႔ လက္ရွိ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံအစိုးရကို ဖိအားေပးဖို႔နဲ႔ တုိင္းရင္းသားလူငယ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ ၂၃ ေယာက္ အပစ္ခံရတဲ့ကိစၥနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ၿပီး ေတာ့ အမႈမွန္ေဖာ္ထုတ္ေပးဖို႔ကို ျမန္မာအစိုးရကေနၿပီးေတာ့ ခ်က္ခ်င္း စစ္ေဆးေပးဖို႔ …က်ေနာ္တို႔ ဒီေနရာမွာ လာၿပီးေတာ့ ေတာင္းဆိုရျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။”
အေမရိကန္အေျခစိုက္ မြန္အမ်ဳိးသားေကာင္စီက ႏိုင္ေအာင္မြန္ကလည္း ျမန္မာျပည္ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးကို တိုင္းရင္းသားေတြ လိုလားေတာင္းတေနၾကေၾကာင္း အခုလိုေျပာပါတယ္။
“က်ေနာ္တို႔တုိင္းရင္းသားေပါင္းစံုက ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးကို လိုလားေနပါၿပီဆိုတာကို သက္ေသျပလိုက္တာပါ။ ဒီဗမာစစ္တပ္ရဲ႕လုပ္ရပ္ဟာ မ႐ိုးသားဘူးေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ ပထမကေတာ့ ေရွ႕မွာ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးအေၾကာင္း ေျပာတယ္။ ေနာက္မွာေတာ့ ပစ္ခတ္သတ္ျဖတ္တယ္။ က်ေနာ္တို႔ တုိင္းရင္းသားအားလံုးက မလိုလားေတာ့ ဘူးေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ ဒီဗမာစစ္တပ္ရဲ႕လုပ္ရပ္ေတြ၊ ျပႆနာရပ္ေတြကို က်ေနာ္တို႔အားလံုးက စည္းလံုးညီညြတ္စြာနဲ႔ ဆႏၵလာျပတာလုိ႔ က်ေနာ္ျမင္တယ္ဗ်။”
ဒီဆႏၵျပပဲြကို နယူးေရာက္ၿမိဳ႕ ကုလသမဂၢဌာနခ်ဳပ္ေရွ႕နဲ႔ (၇၇) လမ္းမွာရွိတဲ့ ကုလသမဂၢဆိုင္ရာ ျမန္မာအၿမဲတမ္းကိုယ္စားလွယ္အဖဲြ႔႐ံုးေရွ႕မွာ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ ၾကၿပီး ဖေလာ္ရီဒါ၊ မစ္ခ်ီဂန္စတဲ့အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စု ျပည္နယ္ေပါင္းစံုက တိုင္းရင္းသားေတြလည္း ပူးေပါင္းပါ၀င္ခဲ့ပါတယ္ရွင္။

Burmese People from US demonstration to stop Civilian war in Kachin State.

Kachin, Karen, Chin, Mon, Myanmar, and Rakhine ethnic nationalities from Florida, Tennessee, Michigan, Georgia, Nebraska, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland participated in today's protest against Burma Army's unprovoked attack on November 19 that killed 23 cadets and wounded 20 others at KIO Officer Training School ground. Some protesters came from as far as Canada to join today's protest.

About 150 ethnic nationalities from Burma today held a protest in front of United Nation headquarters and the Permanent Mission of Myanmar in New York.
Pounding rains did not deter protesters from demanding UN and international community to speak for the rights of ethnic nationalities and seek justice for those fallen on November 19 at KIO Officer Training Academy.

 

Invitation demonstration for Kachin

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On Nov 19, 2014, the Burma Army launched a surprise artillery attack on the Military Academy of the Kachin Independence Organization (KIO) near its Laiza headquarters, killing 23 officer cadets and injuring 20 cadets and trainers. The victims of this atrocious attack are from multiple ethnic groups.

The Burma Army, even in the midst of nationwide ceasefire talks, continues to engage in military maneuvers, encroaching upon KIO territory, taking control of frontline positions and fortifying them with heavy artillery. This includes shelling near IDP camps last week. These unprovoked and deliberate actions in blatant violation of the agreement reached between the government and the KIO on May 13, 2014 to de-escalate military tensions. The Kachin Alliance, a network of Kachin communities and organizations in the US, therefore, strongly condemns the heinous cowardly attack on Nov 19, 2014 and other violations of the agreement.

Along with the members of Kachin community in the US, we courteously invite you to join us at a demonstration in New York city to show your support and lend your voices for the voiceless victims of Burma Army’s heinous acts. In solidarity with the fallen 23 cadets and thousands of innocent citizens who are suffering unjustly in Burma, we will stand together as one and demand the United Nations and the Burmese government to:

1) immediately end crime against ethnic minorities in Burma

2) give Burma Army full responsibility for the Nov. 19 killings

3) take steps to prevent further violations of agreement which can derail the peace talks including an immediate stop to continuous attacks and withdrawal of Burma Army from the frontlines

4) ensure that the Burmese government keep to its reform promises and find solutions to the decades-old ethnic conflict through political negotiations rather than military means
